My cousins have nearly 50 next ties any ideas how to repurpose them??

Ties make beautiful covers for a round table, sewing them all side by side with big end out, they also make great ties for quilts for the homeless, we tied one on the top and one on the bottom for them to roll it up and tie it shut to carry on their backs, I have also seen them used as little throw rugs when added to batting and a cover on the back.
