The pill bottles you get from the pharmacy our recycling system does not accept them. I've, therefore, have dozens of them. Thank you.

Hi , I asked this same question awhile ago , here are some of the responses I got...
1. Pill carrier - keep a days worth of medication , in your purse , make sure you make a list of what's in there and tape it to the bottle.
2. Keep a mini sewing kit in it , for purse , suitcase , glove box .
3. Keep a mini first aid kit , keep in glove box of travel bag.
4. Extra key keeper..glue a rock to the top , put a key inside and , then bury in garden.

I have found they are very useful for travel. They take very little room and seal well. I use them for short trips for all my facial cleansers and lotions. I always peel the labels off and use a sharpie to mark them. I also put little squares of jewelry cleaning clothes in some and put in necklaces or jewelry I don’t want tangled. They are always bright and shiney. I buy most of my spices in bulk so I use them for spices when camping. I also use them for stick matches in the emergency kit. I wrap them in plastic wrap to make sure they will be dry before I put them in the bottle .. And yes I am on a couple of daily meditations so I have gobs. I find new uses all the time. The newest I think I will do is glue the lid to the bottom of a rock or small yard decoration. Then you put in a extra key in the bottle, screw it on the lid and bury it in a small hole. Could be very useful some day.
I keep my ear buds in them. Also use them for lotion, shampoo, and other liquids for travel size containers. You can put skittles or M&Ms inside for kids to nibble on.
I don't know if you craft but I've used them for mixing acrylic paint in, the lids keep the paint from drying up, I use them to make little sewing kits for travel, insert a pre-threaded needle a couple of buttons and extra thread lengths wrapped around a piece of straw and taped. Make emergency first aid kits for kids back packs, car glove box, purse, a couple band aids a cotton ball or swab, an alcohol wipe etc. I keep an assortment of small nails screws hooks in one for my junk drawer.
