Look it up on Pinterest - Many ideas there..........
I use them for nails, screws and other fasteners. Pretty little jars get dried herbs in for gift giving. Larger wide mouth jars have replaced the plastic storage jars in the pantry and refrig. They are more space efficient than lower flat containers. I spray paint the lids if they are not a solid color.
i had a lot of old medicine bottles from my grandma, from way back. I bought a wood antique medicine cabinet with a glass front and put all of them in there, along with her old glasses, etc. I even hung her "pearl" necklace from the hooks on the bottom of it. I hung it in my family room and it looks amazing!
Small jars like baby food I love ❤ to keep nails, screws, thumbtacks and the like in. Just like Grandpa, I love ❤ to attach the lids to underside of a shelf or other accessible horizontal surface and unscrew jar with contents I need as I need them. And when I'm done, they screw back up, suspended by their lids and out of the way. As for medication bottles, I can't figure out what to do with them, either!
I donate my medication bottles to my local American Humane Society. 🐾
After a while, my collection got so large, I just had to throw most out. I saved them for beading and storage.
