Match curtains with rug?

You can add a solid color like red or grey for a pop of colour. Or you can just go black. I would not put white in a kitchen because they never stay clean.

It depends on your kitchen style. I like black and white toile with buffalo plaid but it's very French country. A wooden blind and no curtain may be more clean and farmhouse.

Any color sheers that you like or want to add to your kitchen colors. I like sheers to let the light in!

I would use a solid color that you love for the curtains with perhaps and add a thin black braid trim. I think yellow, aqua, or red would be great & a few kitchen accessories in those colors would complete your decor.

I love black, white and red. You could get a black curtain and trim with red. But that would also depend on the other colors in your kitchen. In any case use a trim to bring it all together.
