Here’s an easier post to make to hold your solar garden lights. No mess, easy to do.

I wasn’t using my post stands for my umbrellas . I came up with this instead, you need 2 post stand but u can use more if you need too.

I bought 2 closet polls, 6ft tall metal, but they have 8 ft to if want them taller.

I placed them in the umbrella stand

I bought solar lights

I Placed solar pad on top, started to string the lights

Depending on your lights, mine had little hookers . But you can use ties or hooks to hold the lights.

Now my passway is lit at night and you can move them very easy or place them in large pots if you want any where u want.

Here’s something else you can also do- I bought solar lights from Costco

Placed them under the roof eaves. W nails to hold them in place. You won’t Electrician to do this.

At night they light up the face of the house. This works great all year as long as you have sun. The light is on when you come home.

If no solar lights you could string lights and connect a timer to an outlet . It works great for our deck. I Like the solar lights bc they can be placed anywhere w/o electricity!!

thanks, didn’t think about the umbrella stands🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️:)
