Spray Paint Those Outdoor Lights

Do you have ugly outdoor lights? Mine were an awful, beat up, brassy hot-mess. They also blended in with the rock on my house, so I decided to whip out the spray paint and give these lights a face-lift!
How to Spray Paint Outdoor Lights
Step 3: Protect the surroundings. I tucked brown craft paper under the brass plate that's on the stone. Then secured it with the tape. For the bottom of the light, I shoved some paper towels and brown craft paper in the opening at the bottom...I even left the light bulb in.
I let this dry for about 30 minutes then removed the tape and paper. I learned a lesson the hard way when I let another light sit overnight… it was terrible to get off!
Here is the final product! How great does that oil-rubbed bronze look up against the stone! It really pops and the brass is completely gone!
