Calling All Selfies
I was renovating my bathroom that started out like this I had a cabinet sink, a Sterilite drawer set for my girly junk, baskets on the wall curtains, gold walls. I liked how it looked but it was waaaaay to busy for such a small bathroom
The second thing I had going on was this blank wall that was driving me cazy so I painted it several times and each time I painted it I changed the words.
My renovation included changing the sink to a pedestal sink with a WIDE side so I can still put stuff on it. I took out the Sterilite and added a rolling cart. the monkey on the door is to be put inside when you go to the bathroom and hang back outside when you come out because people are always closing the door and you never know when its occupied
I purchased a set of bifold doors from a salvage yard (Reuse Store) and seperated them to make seperate doors for a shallow wall closet
Now I have a place for all the stuff that was under the sink
I have a print of lovers under an umbrella in the rain. For my washcloths I have an accordion hanger I snatched from the dollar store and my toothpaste is stored in a suction cup on the mirror. Also from the Dollar Store.
On the door I created a collage of photos with MS Collage and had Stapes print it up as an oversize engineering print. I think I paid $5 each. I attached to the door with spray adhesive and sealed it with Modge Podge gloss
on the front of the door I put a poster...
I am hoping people do take their photo and either email it to me or tag me on Facebook and then net time they come they will see their photo up. I thought that might be fun!!
I have to be innovative in my small house. I like how it is coming together and the personality screams out at you for sure!!
