How To Stencil A TINY Bathroom Wall

2 Materials
Have you ever stenciled? I thought it was going to be super difficult but guess what? It wasn't! Check out how we added a little quirky fun to our Master Bathroom by using a Stencil from Royal Designs Studio.
First I painted my wall black (for specific colors head over to the blog post for more details). and taped my stencil in place using painter's tape. Surprise!! FLAMINGOS!!
Next I used a foam roller to roll the white on and a small sponge brush to put the gold flamingo legs on. Then we took off the stencil and had perfectly adorable flamingos on our bathroom wall. I just kept painting and moving, painting and moving until the whole wall was done.
I loooove how it turned out!! This project was a part of our Monthly DIY Challenge where a group of us DIY'ers get together and conquer an item and share it on our blogs. Be sure to check out more over on houseologie.com
This is the outer wall to our Master closet (which is actually inside our Master bathroom). We also painted the closet back and hung a new closet system that I am loving! Would you dare go bold with black, white and gold flamingos?
