Dry Creek Bed Solves Drainage Problem From Street, Front Yard Atlanta
Imagine if every time it rains, all the water from the street jumps the curb and crosses thru your tiny front yard. This is what our client in the Buckhead area of Atlanta was facing. She asked us to solve that issue while also providing her with an organic shade garden using native plants and lots of color and texture to compliment the sustainable cottage style of her home. We designed and installed this dry creek bed to channel storm runoff from street, across the front yard of this Buckhead home in Atlanta, to an existing ravine. Note the use of handplaced river rock and colorful native perennials
