That's an impossible question to answer. It will depend on your specific house, the materials it is made of, the structural work needed, your roofing, the area you live in, labor costs, architectural expenses for someone to design a project like that, etc. I am sure it will be very expensive.

Calculate the entire square footage you will need. Mulitply by local square foot building costs. (you can go on line with your zip code to get local estimates) A rebuild will cost more than new construction as you have tear down/demolition costs as well. $150 sq. foot would be US average new cost build. if you want a new bath or kitchen in that, double it.
