Hello Somastl; I too have had this issue. If your plant were mine, I would lightly fertilize it and water it well.

PLEASE, READ the ARTICLE that Suzette posted. It's all about the PRUNING. Some Hydrangeas plants flower on new wood and others flower on old wood. If you prune the wrong branches you will be cutting off next year's flowers. I highly recommend using a search engine with your question and read several articles. They all pretty much say the same thing but the are written differently so one of them is bound to click so that you completely get it.
