prime with kilz paint away.
You could, bit it will not last long. Shed needs to be power washed, primed and painted with paint formulated for metal. Good luck!
This link goes through the steps, you need to prime it to keep it from rusting, and use certain types of paint:

The paint (AND PRIMER) you choose should be made for the material you are painting and for the exposure (interior / exterior / marine, etc.) Using the appropriate paint will save you $$$ and labor in the long run.
Yes, in any color, but clean and sand the shed (if needed) first and use Kilz as a primer. Use another primer or layer if you are drastically changing the color. Seal with polyurethane to make washing it later easier. Finish the foundation for a neater look in either the house color, or black, brown or green. New shed! Best wishes 😇
Yes, so long as you Prime it with the correct Primer first.
You could but it might no last. I would use rustolium for metal and good siding paint for wood.
