Transforming an IKEA TRYSIL Chest With a Target Tablecloth

When redecorating our guest room, I wanted to have a chest of drawers as one of the nightstands because it was the only place in the room that I could add some drawer space for guests. IKEA's TRYSIL chest was the perfect size for my space but the dark finish didn't fit with the soft neutrals of the rest of the room so I decided that a little DIY project was in order. I covered the chest with a fabric tablecloth from Target and switched out the drawer pulls for a totally new look that I couldn't be happier with!
It ended up working perfectly with the decor in the rest of our newly redecorated room! You can see more pics of the rest of our guest room and a full source list of where everything in the room came from here
And I have a full step by step tutorial of how I turned this inexpensive piece of IKEA furniture
into this fabric-covered beauty here!
Definitely one of my all-time favorite projects!
