You need to clean clean clean and wash everything including your pet. Here are some links!

Having dealt with fleas that we acquired when we had no pets, my best advice is to forget about "natural" and nuke 'em. Anything you can find that will kill the fleas and their eggs, short of burning the house down, you should try.
vacuum all rooms; floors and furniture then sprinkle baking or washing soda or boric acid all over same. Bathe dog adding few drops tea tree oil to shampoo. Use non lethal bug powder all over dry yard, start application in center of area, spiraling outward. Reapply after rain when dries. All my adjoining neighbors had pets and didn't try to prevent pests. I would repeat this routine at first sign of fleas. Worked for my dog.
Oy! There are natural solutions but if the furniture has them, your entire home is likely infested. The easiest solution is to use room foggers. You'll need to wash down everything - woodwork, corners, etc. using vinegar. Bag all trash, vacuum canister, etc. and immediately remove from the house. Good luck!
Get a Seresto Collar on every one of your pets (they are cheaper online) and in 24 hours you will never think about fleas again. Make sure you replace them once or twice a year (depending upon where you live), and fleas will be history.
Spray vinegar, then cinnamon oil lightly. Fleas hate it.
Sprinkle 20 Mule Team Laundry Borax on furniture. I have a glass jar with lots of holes poked in the metal lid, and sprinkle it one the first sight of a flea from kitty. Leave 3 hours an vacuum off. Won't hurt kitty or you.
