Brr! Drafty windows- how to cut the draft?

I have 3 sets of windows configured like this...very drafty, How to you winterize them? There is nothing in the corner to stick tape to. Thank you
They make draft/air leak stoppers that fit on the bottom of the door. Or you could make one out of rice and fabric to lay on the floor in front of it:

They make adjustable rubber (I think) sweeps to add to the bottom of your door....but also there are soft long pieces of stuffed material for putting under the door. I don't know what they are called. I put a towel between my storm door and the inside door in the winter time to stop the draft....it is a seldom used door.
Door Draft Excluder from DIY or Tube of fabric stuffed with anything that's about and tied at end becomes a door Draft excluder.....
How do you not know about draft stoppers??? 🤔 Here are a couple examples. You can purchase or DIY.

Make sure the door sweep is in tact and put a draft stopper in front of it
Roll a small rug that is the width of the door draft. tie the ends with yarn, and place against the door.
