I would try a stain pre-treat product like Spray 'n Wash. If that doesn't work, you could try soaking it in a bleach solution.
Maybe try KABOOM oxi-clean. I swear by that stuff!
My suggestion would be a cold soak, and use baking soda and a toothbrush. Here are some links.

I love Spray ‘n Wash, but I just washed a blouse with a taco sauce stain last night, in the bathroom sink. I ran a sink of cold water, dunked the blouse under, squirted some liquid soap on the stain and rubbed it in, then I let the blouse soak for an hour. The stain was gone when I rinsed the blouse in cold water. 😇
Hydrogen peroxide (3%), brown bottle, grocery or drug store/Target/Walmart, etc.
Oxy-Clean will work but get the FRAGRANCE FREE version. The other is so smelly that even after washing 2 or 3 times you can still smell the fake sickening smell.

Hydrogen peroxide should work. Pour hydrogen peroxide on the stain. Wash the blouse with other whites.
Dollar store version of Oxyclean works very well.
