So simple! I took a felt table decor I purchased at the Dollar Tree and laid it flat on a wooden surface.
So simple! I took an old piece of wood (I used a repurposed wooden shelf insert, any wood surface will do) and sanded it smooth.

Spray directly over the felt table decor with your favorite color of spray paint. Remove the felt decor for a perfect STENCIL HACK of your design!
