herbs can be dried, arrange on a paper towel in a colander... shake from time to time for even drying. Store in small jars or spice bottles.
and some can be frozen, cilantro, basil, parsley, etc.... chop and arrange in a mini muffin tin or ice cube tray.. cover with olive oil or water and freeze. Store in freezer bags (label well).
The ones with olive oil can be added directly to the pan and the ones with water defrosted and drained
Vacuum pack them. You can get a vacuum packer on Amazon. I had mine a lot.

Freeze in ice cube
Freezer dried is the best but it is most expensive. I put mine in a dehydrator and store in old jars that have that spice name on them or new ball jars with my own label. You can freeze them in ice cube trays if you put them in a liquid first. For example, some people make a lot of spaghetti so they store their basil in the freezer ice cube trays in water. Some use chicken broth. It depends on how they will be used. I have one jar with combined basil, oregano, and parsley in it as I would use it for spaghetti. I just shake it up to mix it and sprinkle in the spaghetti meat sauce.
I dry most of mine. Some do get frozen, it depends on the herb.
