Build French-Inspired Flower Boxes

Built from plain cedar boards and wire mesh, then painted with a vintage label transferred to the front using a neat wax paper technique, these flower boxes will certainly amp up the curb appeal!
Cut a the pieces for the boxes then assemble then using glue and brad nails. Add the mesh bottom for drainage...
Apply paint - I used 1 coat for a weathered appearance - then add the image with the wax paper transfer (see my blog for more details!) and a coat of clear sealer.
Add weed cloth (to keep the soil from falling out of the mesh) and plant something beautiful!
