A Set in Coastal Blue
by
The Painted Drawer by Suzanne Bagheri

I purchased a vintage bedroom set and using General Finishes milk paint in the color Coastal Blue, I was able to give it new life. I love how the gold pops against the navy blue. The distressing really shows off the detail work in the pieces.
Coastal Blue is a great navy blue and after distressing, it has a lot of depth to the color. In the light, it has almost a two toned affect with the darker and lighter hues.
Vintage brass hardware. I cleaned them all with baking soda and lemon juice and they are shining again.
Great lines on these pieces.
