Is it uneven due to warped boards or popping nails/screws? Caused by bad weather? Was wood sealed yearly? These factors would give you all different answers...
Sand it down level then stain it if wanted or use preservative......
You may be able to get away with a heavy sanding with a machine made for sanding wood floors...IF the differences between the boards isn't too great. You would then need to stain and seal to protect the boards from the weather.
From the picture, it looks like the deck is sinking. Does the deck have footings poured for the posts that support the deck? If it does, you may have to underpin the supports if the deck it self is becoming unlevel. If the wood decking is warped, replacing it with pressure treated wood should work.
Yes it's more like the screws and nails are popping. I was going to pressure wash and did part of it which made a big difference but the main issue is the boards popping up
doesn't look terrible but some reinforcement underneath the porch would be good. Just seems like weathering on unsealed porous wood. Maybe some bricks underneath the porch if possible, otherwise I'd say rip out where it's bending the worst and make a new reinforced beam.
