White on white with mirrors is an excellent start. You need some color and texture so all that white does not look flat. How about a sunny yellow or bright blue? Can be in textured throws, pillow, lamps and decor. Add some plants or greenery, they make great looking faux succulents for not a lot of money.
I didn't know there were so many pretty ideas. You have a lot to mull over.

A beautiful white quilt with gingham patchwork pieces. I did one with mauve pieces, each block different and then in the rest ( white) quilt, I quilted diamonds. A lot of work, but a beautiful quilt and lightens any room.

Since you have open walls, hang pictures of outdoor scenes that you like. The beach or mountain scenes make you feel like you're outside. They can be as big as your space allows.
