We used to have same problem and then my husband built a french drain, basically just using pvc pipe and river rock and it works great.

When it dries out, consider regarding the yard to slope away from any structure and installing French drains. Install gutters and down spout diverted if you do not already have them. You can try to block the path of the water getting to your yard, and dig a trench to get the water out of your yard. But you may have to wait it out. One more month at least of flooding rains in Tenn. The late snows in the states north of you will mostly drain through the South. ☺️ (If a boat shows up, get in it!)

The best method is to re-elevate your yard and install drainage piping to a well of some sort to carry the water away.
