Can kitchen lighting convert to recessed with no attic (mobile home)?

This is a George Kovacs Light Rail One Ten Series track light system.... many choices for the spots and with the adapters you can choose almost any pendant (depending on weight) We learned about the 110v system from a local specialty lighting store... however.. I have done some research online.. and found the components cheaper... it works really well and puts the light right where we need it. AND with a 110 volt system you can put in as many spots and pendants as you want.. where the low voltage systems use a transformer... which limits the number of lights according to the size of the transformer... most will only support 3-5 lights.
