Have you ever thought of painting a mural on it, like a sunset would look nice. Hang some piece of wrought iron on there with some plants.

Paint a mural on it... or... put in plants with interesting shapes or textures.. and paint the wall something other than tan.. like a soft sage green... some bougainvillea would really add some color up there.. or lantana, kangaroo paws.... set your cactus up there in colorful pots... add a drip system if you don't want to have to climb up there to water

It does need some pops of color. You could hang decorative plates, add some plants that are bright and colorful. Here are some links with outdoor wall art ideas, as well:

The wall is beautiful! But it looks like you have some flowerbed space ready. Plant some more tropicals like bird of paradise and lots more ferns, pineapples, and hibiscus. If you like wall sculpture, mount or hang plastic or plaster smiling suns, tiki torches, or parrots. You could repair the rock wall by putting an A frame ladder in the water (dry and oil it after). You could paint any part of the wall, but it would be tedious to keep up. Enjoy your paradise! ☺️

I would definitely put some more tropicals in to close up all the empty space in front of the wall. Some suns and other tropical type decorations on the wall would be nice too, and brighten it up a bit. Enjoy your great back yard. I wish mine was like that.

Hang 2 or 3 trellis' on it and then you can plant climbing plants and vines.

Me? I would paint a soft landscape, nothing garish.

You can also make it more interesting by mixing different shades of light and dark greens

Lattice with plants may help, I also saw on this site a home talker took a shower curtain with an outdoor theme, framed it & hung it, I saw frames made from pool noodles, from old goodwill frames without the glass. I also just saw a home talker took a free scrap of " fake grass" hot glued it into purse type containers, put in succlants and hung them on her outdoor wall, they were adorable. Hang kites and pin wheels.
