Mushrooms! Not edible. If you have pets (or children), remove the mushrooms immediately if your animals eat stuff in your garden. It will make them sick. You can just pluck them out.

yes, mushrooms which is a sign of fungus, spray the soil and the plants with a fungicide
definitely remove them! once they start to rot, they send out spores (like seeds on flowers) that you cannot see and will sprout elsewhere that is damp.

Mushrooms tend to grow in containers instead of the ground for some reason hosta’s, I’ve noticed and after placing them in the ground the problem went away. STRANGE
