Google or let your fingers do the walking through the good old yellow pages and find independent tile stores in your area and see what they have available. Or order on line?
I've never seen tile like that before. If I were you I'd start searching online. There are tons of online stores that sell tile. If the tile is on the older side, try habitat for humanity or local restoration stores. Good luck, that's a tough one!
I'd vote for taking several out of the least conspicuous corner and using them here. Replace those with something close and maybe a little darker so it doesn't stand out. The nice thing is, you have several colors to get closest to matching. (I taught at a school where one teacher had a single green linoleum square in the middle of her beige floor. We were a poor district.) You should be able to match something closer.
Before you do that, you should check into how sturdy the plywood under the floor is. You can see it's on the seam. Did the plywood get wet and start to buckle up? If your subfloor isn't perfect, you're going to eventually be replacing even more, maybe the whole floor.
This is a lesson for all those with tile. Always keep the extras for times like these. Good luck with your search, Gus. Also look into how long ago they were installed, by whom, and if there's a paper trail to find the manufacturer.
That looks like it's been glazed over...check out a local reglazed or a do it yourself reglaze.
Go to a tile store, and ask to see tile that is that size and type. You may have to buy a whole sheet on a mesh backing. You probably won't find an exact match, but you might find something you can use.
These little tiles are generally sold as crafting supplies. They are for sale on ebay
