Take Juicy Fruit chewing gum. Unwrap and break into small pieces and put into mole holes. The moles with be gone. Works for me.
If you have moles, you have grubs in your lawn. Next year, apply Grub X to the entire lawn, in the Spring. There are more natural options, but they are rather expensive and take 2-3 years to become fully effective.
If you want to go totally organic, go to your nursery or home center and pick up some Milky Spore. It is a bacteria that kills the grubs. Do not use any other products for grub control when using milky spore. It does take up to 2 years to see the full effect of the product but it will start working on the grubs right away. When you apply Milky Spore the existing grubs must eat the spores and digest them which in turn will multiply and spread the spores. If you kill off the existing grubs the spore will not have a way to multiply.
Apart from dealing with the grubs, which attract all kinds of critters (including armadillos), you can more immediately get rid of them by dropping a mothball in each hole. Cheap and easy.
Moles detest the smell/taste of castor oil. Fertilome makes a product called Mole-Go, and I think Liquid Fence also has a version. It's a hose-end applicator which sprays diluted castor oil onto the lawn. It then needs to be watered in. A quart (about $16) covers a quarter acre. If there are no moles in your yard to start with, you need only spray a 10 foot perimeter to keep them out.
this is the last itme I will tell all how to get rid of moles. buy grub worm crystals and spread on lawn. they will go away. tried it and it works.

Lestoil!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi there, moles don't like the smell of Castor Oil. Make sure to get it in granular or liquid form, not the stuff you buy at supermarkets. It's not strong enough and sprinkle it around the area.
One of the most common and effective mole and vole repellents is castor oil, which has an unpleasant taste and smell. Mixing three parts castor oil and one part dish soap with a gallon of water creates an effective repellent that can be sprayed on areas of mole activity. This is not only a repellent for moles; itโs also a good way to get rid of groundhogs, voles, and other rodents.

Poke a hole with your finger into one of the tunnels and put broken up unchewed Juicy fruit gum in there, repeat about 1 foot away from that, keep repeating that pattern. They ingest the gum and can't digest it.
Your yard probably has grubs, you need to get rid of them, try Grubex. Treat in June and then in the fall to break up their lifecycles.
