Sorry you find creative people and DIY annoying. On the bottom of any email sent, at the very bottom, there is a place to "unsubscribe" - click on it and you will be unsubscribed from receiving future correspondence.
Sorry you feel that way but you can go to the e-mail you receive and scroll down to the fine print on the bottom of the e-mail. There is a link there where you can "unsubscribe" and you will no longer receive e-mails from Hometalk.
At the bottom of the email there is an option that says "You can adjust how often you receive this email or unsubscribe." It is next to the last item.
