I have tile that I need to match up but the only tile that I have for matching has a light green color I'd like to change this color to an off-white to match the rest of the tile it's just a small area behind the sink and I really don't want to replace the whole floor and don't have any other tile can I etch it paint it, clear coat it

Yes, you can etch, paint and clear coat it. It might take two coats of paint to cover the green. Behind the sink? Who will see it other than you or a plumber? Your idea sounds like a great solution. ☺️

You could use them as they are and stick self adhesive tile covers over them or maybe some of the others to form a pattern or design........
