Try locating where cold is coming from possibly a gap that u can put something to block cold or put a portable heater near by entrance
Do you have any heat in this space? Maybe you could add an electric baseboard heater.
Perhaps you couldInstall glass storm doors for an extra layer of protection. Also ceiling around the door jams. Take a look online or better yet go in person to a local home-improvement store for ideas for new thresholds and weathersealing options. You can also use The tried and true old-fashioned door draft stoppers… You can make your own or buy them online or in a store.
Something like this would warm it up and look nice

Feel around the doors if any air is blowing in. Check the weatherstripping around the doors. May be as simple as adding/replacing it.
Besides making sure you have a door sweep on the bottom of the door , you can buy a door wind blocker, the one I have has 2 round pieces of foam ( all covered in fabric ) with a flat piece of material between them. You slide the flat part under the door , that's it ! It's easy , stays in place, no need to attach it using screws.
Hold an incense stick along the edges of the door, if the smoke blows towards you, there is air leaking in from under the door trim..... no insulation.
Remove the door moulding and you will see a gap that was probably not insulated at all. Use only door expanding foam.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0aRx6btsWcI
To remove the moulding, get yourself a 7" mini pry bar at the hardware store, and put a wood block under it on the wall to not mar the drywall. Be sure to use a box knife to score the caulk around the door to prevent marring the drywall and the paint.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FsJinRFECmA
Then check your caulk on the outside of the door and the door trim is entact or re-caulk.
Then inspect your weatherstripping around the door opening, I like the metal trim with a rubber gasket. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJyc3e_EgL0
We never use our front door. I mean literally never. I hang a pretty blanket over it in the winter to block the air. You can hang it just at night when it's the coldest.
Thank you everyone.
going to look at doing some of these suggestions
