Nail polish remover. Blot with cotton balls do not scrub.

Basically, you can use nail polish remover, but only if you have a natural fiber. If there's any manmade fiber, you might need to have it dry cleaned instead.
Try blotting with polish remover
Nail polish remover
Paint remover can be an option too. Both may damage your sheets. Eventually it will chip and wear off.
Try a flat knife to pick as much as you can off being careful to not rip it.
