Hello. I recently purchased one of those copper pans. It works great and is my go to especially for fried eggs.
Look for a pan that has good weight to it, also expect to pay a little more for a good pan. T J Max or home goods are really good places to get good buys on pots & pans , not in a set !!! Much better just buying what you need.also good prices for cooking utensils.
Hands down cast iron. Once seasoned well it is the best. I have a separate enameled cast iron LeCreuset for eggs.

Monitor your heat when using non stick pans. They dislike high temperatures, and never use metal utensil or harsh cleaning pads on them.
