Another darling house! Are you buying up the neighborhood? Lots of fun renovations. Needs a little love and with some TLC will be stunning again.
I agree. Victorian. Turret is the give away.
It's a Victorian Queen Ann. A lot of the original ginger bread looks to be missing
Hope you bring her back to her original splender.
Its a queen anne for sure!
I say neither!!
Queen Anne is one style of Victorian Architecture.
The first article is an introduction, with pictures, to house styles commonly found in the United States.
The second article is a link from the first. It explains in more detail, also with pictures, the different styles of Victorian Domestic Architecture, and the varieties within the Queen Anne style.

Victorian
I am English and thought/think Queen Victoria reigned during the Victorian era!!! Not Queen Anne. Who was Queen Anne anyway? There is a living Princess Anne, daughter of Queen Elizabeth. Maybe Anne slipped in somewhere about then. Hhhm! Anyway, to add to the confusion here's another website that shows, if you scroll down, Queen Anne Victorian houses. This is from Better Homes and Gardens magazine so I suppose they would be the authority on such matters.
