How can I add privacy to my bathroom window?
We closes our court yard by putting a roof on, but know my bathroom and toilet window is opening in the courtyard and especially during the night when you sit in the courtyard and somebody is at the toilet or climbing out the bath while the light is on you can see their silhouette. What can I do ?

maybe a tall beautiful plant in front of window or wrought iron plant stand with ferns and cascading plants to help hide the silhouette. something like a bakers rack then you could also use it for entertaining in your courtyard. Here's one on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Kings-Brand-Furniture-Marble-Finish/dp/B01DAW2QGK/ref=asc_df_B01DAW2QGK/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=198065046221&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=7948811683983420989&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9030158&hvtargid=pla-371125884870&psc=1
Can you not put in a blind, so you can pull it down at night.
Or can you put a trellis in the courtyard and add a climbing plant that would survive Being closed in.
Or you could hang a basket in front of the window with trailing plants like ivy to cover the window.
You could make a beautiful stained glass window for your bathroom (and courtyard)
Gallery glass (available at Michaels) is a fairly easy to use liquid (like paint) that you can make into a cling sheet for your window. You can change them with the season!
You will need a piece of glass a little bigger than the glass area on your window. A pattern to tape to the underside of the glass that will fit your window. And the liquid leading and colors to make your stained glass cling sheet. Trace out your lead lines first and let them dry. Make sure the lines all meet. Any voids create weak spots and allow colors to run. Then fill in with colors. For more privacy on the translucent colors use a toothpick to make squiggles all through the gallery glass paint. Once dry you can peel it off the glass. Clean your bathroom window, then give it a spritz of water or window cleaner and apply your masterpiece!
I hope that helps
😊
Cover with etched glass adhesive vinyl. Measure and cut to fit. Apply.
I also needed privacy in the bathroom window so I put a textured, frosted contact paper on the window. It is an inexpensive solution and it's been fine for years. I also have a roll down matchstick shade that comes down over the window.
I would frost the window! here's how - https://www.charlestoncrafted.com/2016/07/18/diy-frosted-windows/
If you prefer to keep the view, either install a roller blind or lined draperies.
