Try using white pepper. It works on everything here in Texas.
Spray with a mix of 40 parts water to one part dish liquid. Let sit for ten minutes and then rinse off. Repeat when necessary. Be sure to spray under the leaves too.

Adrian, mix three ingredients: Dawn dish soap (blue kind), vegetable oil and soft water. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of the Dawn dish soap, two or three tablespoons of vegetable oil and 1 gallon of warm soft water. If you make a quart, cut everything to 1/4(4 quarts in a gallon). Spray it on the plant daily for a few days, then as needed if any more bugs hatch out in a week to ten days. Spray the dirt too. Hope this helps.
