How can I fix the scratches on my car window?
I scrubbed too hard trying to clean off some very sticky substance. Now I can't see clearly through it.

Hi Nance, You could try Liquid Lense. It is to repair scratches on eyeglasses. I used it on my eyeglass and it works pretty well. I was surprised.

This may or may not work on glass, and it's not a permanent fix, but I'll share what I am doing with a scratched headlight: Use baby oil. A thin coat makes the headlight appear clear. I reapply as needed. The one thing you don't want is to have your view distorted. So if your issue is in your line of sight when driving the car, make sure the baby oil doesn't distort your view when looking through it.
As mentioned above, if you truly scratched glass, it’s not going to be re-polished.
