Glue a Wedge underneath the Bottom of the Pot.
That wedge is of a Size that wedges from a 2×4 cut at an Angle:
Tilt Desired Maximum Height is the Rear of the Triangle and the Highmost Part when you lift it up to the Angle you desire.

You can make one using a thin rod and graduating sized pots with drainage holes in the bottom.
Start with large at the bottom, then add the pole coming out of the hole then add soil. Add another pot threaded onto the pole but tilt at an angle. Fill with soil. Then add a smaller one ,balance onto the other at the reverse angle.
