Very bright light/dappled sun,dry between thorough waterings, keep in pot don't transplant,no drafts hot or cold, Water soluble miracle grow fertilizer every 4 mos Here's a bunch of info. from different sites: Although they can grow in low light conditions, peace lilies won't bloom in the shade. The plants bloom best in bright or medium indirect sunlight. If the leaves start to turn yellow, they'regetting too much light. Direct sunlight will burn their leaves, causing brown streaks or spots. Some spaths are bred for foliage, not flowers, and you'll have to settle for a few blooms in spring and early summer. Some are bred to flower seasonally -- and you may be able to extend their bloomperiod. When given a summer outdoors, many peace lilies grow and bloom without the help of fertilizer.- Most or all of the peace lilies available for retail sale have been forced to bloom, by application of a plant hormone called gibberellic acid. Try feeding your plant a balanced houseplant fertilizer every 2 to 3 months. Keep the plant in a low light situation out of direct sunlight, but bright enough you could read a book. Gradually move the plant to brighter light if it is in a very dark room. COMPLETE CARE https://www.ourhouseplants.com/plants/peacelily
Hi! Apparently it's a common problem. I found this article helpful:

They generally flower when they are root-bound or pot-bound which means they are growing to the edges of their pots.
don't over water!
Yup, I agree with Jeanne. They love to be pot bound. Remember that during the winter months the days are shorter and plants "take it slow" and will start getting frisky early March usually. Being pot bound though, you should check the watering closely since they could have a tendency to dry out quicker. Watch the leaves, they'll let you know if it's thirsty or not. Don't fret if you miss a day, they bounce right back! Enjoy and Peace ;-)
