Moss Letter Topiary
Turn a few craft store supplies into an evergreen moss topiary. This would be cute as a wedding decoration or a housewarming gift. You could even make several of these to turn them into a word. How cute would that be?!
Paint two chipboard letters green.
Do the front of one letter and the back of the other letter. Be sure to paint the edges, too.
Trace the letter shape onto a sheet of moss using a permanent marker. Cut out the moss, and hot glue it onto the painted side of each letter.
Break the dowel into pieces to go onto the back of the letter. Hot glue it along the middle of each segment of the letter, like I did in this photo.
Glue the other letter on top.
Cut a piece of foam to fit into your terra cotta pot.
Stick the dowel through the foam, and glue the foam into the pot.
Glue some more fake moss over the top of the foam to hide it. Make sure everything feels sturdy, and add more glue if needed.
