I have some floors that need to be replaced and and some of the sun flooring needs fixing

They cut out the bad and attach good treated lumber. Look for a video on youTube.
I covered all of mine with cement board. Then ceramic tile.
You want good solid flooring without any bounce. You can layer over subfloors to make them sturdy. Make sure they are level.
