Hi Darlene,
Here is a quick list of a variety of DIY coffee table types. I am sure you could modify the size.

Also, have you considered using one or two storage cubes. I follow several families on YouTube that live full time in RVs and they have added storage cubes for their coffee tables. It's just an idea, but would provide extra storage or seating. I have several at the foot of my bed that I keep swim suits in, just to give you an idea of what I am talking about.

Need more information please. What do you want made out of? Nice wood, laminate, metal....? Find a picture of what you'd like, then we can start from there.
Do you want it hinged or on a removable pole base, since it’s in a camper?
How will you keep it from moving around as you travel? Or will you use it only in a camp ground? I think you could take an ordinary wood coffee table and cut it to the size you want. Another suggestion would be to get small square storage ottoman's to use for a coffee/cocktail table. Best of both worlds...top for sitting things and storage inside.
Darlene, if you click on "explore projects" then "build" then "tables" you can find many ideas for your cocktail table. I have chosen one for you, but there are many others: https://www.hometalk.com/diy/build/furniture/girls-pallet-top-style-tea-table-12449713
