I like Tarnex Silver cleaner for small items. It only takes 15 seconds to clean.
I use Wright’s silver polish, it comes with a little sponge that makes cleaning easy.
Never, ever use Tarnex, esp on Sterling it will ruin it. Leaves the finish cloudy and eats it. On really fine silver only use Simichrone polishing paste and a soft cloth like a real diaper. Use a soft toothbrush for fancy detail areas. If not so precious you can use toothpaste, not gel
