Marigolds will deter rabbits from your garden.
Hi Trecy,
It depends on where you live and if the garden gets a lot or a small amount of sun plus the condition of the soil. The best way to find out what works in your area would be to contact a local nursery. You can also tell by what plants other neighbors have in their gardens. Wishing you the best.
Where do you live? what is your climate? Is the area shady or sunny? if you answer these I can tell you what will work for your area.
