Hi, there is a great product called Rejuvenate. It comes in a kit with everything you will need for your floor. It is reasonably priced and can be purchased at Walmart and Home Depot. I have very old hardwood floors and have used this and my floors look amazing.
Get a professional to restore & put a coating on them. Clean with wood cleaner for floors.
