I would like to know how to get rid those pesty little sink/drain flies. I've tried baking soda and vinegar, drain cleaners and put plastic over the drains.
Some people will scoff at this, but I'm told that it works. Safe for children and pets.

I use borax or DE.
Jiffy mix. It is a package of corn muffin/bread mix. It is non toxic to humans and pets but the corn meal is deadly to ants. There is some sugar in the mix and that will attract the ants, they will carry it back to the colony. Ants cannot digest corn meal so it kills them.
