Quartz
Granite, marble stains when you cook.
I think marble can also crack easily as well. On any ratings I have ever seen, granite always has a higher rating than marble. Although beautiful, it just isn't the best. And... if you are planning to spend that kind of money on granite, you may want to look into quartz. Apparently it is rated over granite. Good luck!
Not a fan of either, I would go with Quartz or dare I say it, even Formica. However, I do love marble counters for baking, but they are fussy, stain easily and require more care. Choose what you like, it's your house.
granite is more durable but quartz is the best
Between the two, I would go for granite. Not as prone to stains and more durable too.
