Peroxide releases carbon dioxide which would attract them, but seltzer water is cheaper.
Patio fans are what works best for me. I would hesitate to spray peroxide as it is a mild bleaching agent that may ruin clothing.

Getting some mosquito bits or dunks and placing them in standing water in your yard will make any mosquito eggs laid there unviable. This can be gutters that hold water, rain barrels, or low places that stay wet.
