I occasionally have some in my yard, they sometimes roam away from downtown where most of the live. I use one of those dog clickers and they usually fly away from that sharp sound. I have never had one get into the bird feeders yet, like some people have them clean out the feeders. It worked for me! Downtown have tried everything to get them to go away to get rid of the poo all over everything and they don't stay away for long. They have had some luck with hanging foil like shiny strips in the trees and also with a sharp loud noise (I think they used a starter pistol).
I used to work at a hospital and they would use fake owls to keep crows away. They had to be rotated every so often.
What about a scarecrow? I've found windchimes and those windmill yard decorations that make a clicking noise also work.

No guarantees of success with crows, but many birds will avoid tall white flowers (such as Cosmos), that move with the slightest breeze. Try planting several groupings around your yard.
If you use the owl, move it every few days. Crows are very intelligent.
