How to add screen porch privacy?
I would appreciate some advice on my enclosed porch window coverings. I had the roll up blinds and they are beat up and broken now and they are not that cheap to get them for my porch because I need 5 blinds. I need a cost saving way. I made those grey curtains hanging there, just trying something out with some panels I had. I hung them with rope and staples because I didn't want to put a bunch of nail holes in the wood, creative huh? ☺️Suggestions are appreciated and criticism is not..

How about dropcloth curtains? Those come in many sizes, very economical and you can embellish as you desire. Any hardware store or home improvement center will have what you need.
Hi Ketta, quite a few of our hometalkers have shared how they added privacy to their porches. I'm hoping one of these inspires you - https://www.hometalk.com/search/posts?filter=porch%20screen And I love the plan you made to hang your curtains. Staples and rope work
I am not sure how wide your windows are but maybe you use a bathroom curtain tension rod to span the space and hang your curtains from the rods. No nail holes that way! You could make some curtains from sheets and use curtain clips so the curtains would slide easier. I'm all for cost saving ways to do things!!
You can always use Command wall hooks to hang the curtains so you don't have to worry about damaging anything. You can also make curtains from bed sheets. Here are 24 ways to do so:

Hi ! I would use cloth ( like umbrella material ) shower curtains . I get them from
Bed bath and beyond for $12.99 , they come in tons of colors , then I use a coupon . You can use a coupon for each item ! And you know they are waterproof , lol . You could use a tension rod , that won't leave any holes in the wood . Good luck !
suggestion... you already have nice curtains that match the pillows...that's where you could save money... maybe use metal pipes(water pipes 3/4 inch) for permanent rods and then hang curtains with shower curtains hooks, easy open and close.
I have used white black out curtains (Save a Lot) and sheers from dollar store tied together at each end and they are beautiful. I also used rope to hang them.
